Before you buy
Read the Etsy listing’s file types, sizes, software requirements and license. A printable PDF is not automatically an editable template or a linked tablet planner.
A little guide to digital downloads
A lovely little file. Plenty of possibilities. Here’s how to get the best from your digital find.
After checkout
Use the download instructions on your Etsy order. Instant and made-to-order downloads follow different timelines. For a ZIP, download it and extract the files before opening them.
Make a test print
Choose the file that matches your paper. Start at actual size / 100%, check the preview and print one page first. Borderless printing depends on your printer.
THE SIZE OF A LITTLE IDEA
Meet your paper.
These are common sizes, not a promise that every product includes them. Check the file list on each Etsy listing.

A few thoughtful finishing touches
- For wall art, choose paper suited to your printer or ask a local print shop.
- Screen colours and printed colours can differ. A small proof helps.
- Keep your original files somewhere safe. Do not stretch a design into a different aspect ratio.
- Need help? Include your Etsy order number in your message to the shop. Never send card details.
