About this website

Fablivora is operated by the studio operator. Our contact page contains business details. This website presents digital products and links to their Etsy listings; it does not accept payment or conclude orders here.

Product details and prices

Products are digital unless their Etsy listing explicitly says otherwise. Frames, screens and styled scenes are illustrative. Read the current Etsy listing for included files, compatibility, personalization requirements, delivery timing, license and any AI disclosure. Prices shown here are in USD for reference. Confirm the final price, currency, taxes and applicable charges at Etsy checkout.

Downloads, cancellation and problems

Delivery follows the Etsy listing and your order instructions. For a damaged, incorrect or inaccessible file, contact the shop through your Etsy order or our support email. Applicable consumer rights, including remedies for non-conforming digital content, are not excluded by this website.

Cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the applicable law, product and checkout process. Where law permits loss of a withdrawal right for immediate digital supply, the required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained through the purchase process. Merely visiting this site or clicking an Etsy link is not such consent. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule in these website terms.

Use of the site

Do not interfere with the service, misuse another person’s information or redistribute protected previews without permission. We aim for accurate information, but an illustration or website error does not override mandatory legal rights.

Third-party services

Etsy provides its own checkout and platform services. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; this application is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. Following a link subjects your use of that service to its applicable terms.
